Hello!

I’m short-letting a spacious double bedroom in a beautiful 25th-floor 2-bed apartment, with 24-hour security and concierge. You will have your separate bathroom (and toilet). You can also use the living room, the balcony, and the kitchen area freely. I hope you’re a clean and tidy student or professional. No parties or pets are allowed. No smokers. The apartment is well equipped so you don’t need to bring kitchenware or furniture. 

It is located at the centre of Elephant and Castle - 1-2 mins walk to the tube and bus stations. 3 mins walk to the train station, with a Prêt à Manger, a Sainsbury’s Local, an East Asian grocery store next to the building, and a sports centre right outside. A bigger Sainsbury’s is just 3-5 mins away by walk. There are also numerous restaurants, pubs/bars, and markets nearby. It’s within walking distance of the London College of Communication, London Southbank University, King’s College London, and the London School of Economics (if you like walking).

Water and broadband bills are included. I also have a British shorthair cat in the flat, who is very chill and adorable.
