My flatmate has relocated for work so the double room is available now for someone new to move in.

The fully furnished room is in a 2-bed flat with shared bathroom, large kitchen and living room which opens into the garden.  More suited to someone who is looking for a place with a more homely vibe that has ample space to work from home.

All Bills are included (Gas, electricity, water, broadband, TV license) and no rent increases if you want to stay longer for 12 months. WiFi is on a mesh network (70Mbps) suitable for streaming (not really gaming).

Very near High-street shops, cafes restaurants and parks.  

10 mins to Willesden Junction and Harlesden stations (Bakerloo and Overground) and 24-hour night bus only 2 mins walk.

There is on-street parking with allocated permits available for purchase directly from the council.

I work from home 3 days a week from my own room so shared living areas are always usable.

I'm out some evenings for band practice and go cycling at weekend so you'd have the place to yourself but I can also be around to hang out/watch a film every now and then.

Free to do viewings after work from 6pm or weekends.  Can be flexible during the days I'm working from home.

References will be required, along with a security deposit equivalent to one month’s rent.  Tenancy agreement, full inventory and deposit protection scheme provided.
