Streatham Hill station is located 200m away, and it is a 10min bus journey into Brixton for the Vitoria line, or one stop on the overground to Balham for the Northern line.

The flat is opposite an M&S, with a Co-op and Tesco also close by. There are also lots of restaurants, bars and pubs on the high street.

The room is available from 14th February and it comes with a bed frame, mattress, side table and cupboard. The rest of the flat is fully furnished including a dishwasher, washing machine, oven and airfryer.
