£100-150 (gas, electric, council tax, wifi, water) we are in the Wandsworth borough so we have cheap council tax!

Clapham Common is at the end of the street and in pretty equal walking distance from both Clapham junction and Clapham Common. Bus stops at both ends of the street.

For the larger room, the move in date is from the 16th December & flexible to the end of December. For the smaller room, the ideal move in date is 1st January 2025 but can be a bit flexible.

Rent & bills are due on the first of every month.

We have a great landlord who is chilled and will have the move in process done quickly!

The contract renews on the 15th June 2025 but we usually extend this as done previously. 

We have a new boiler installed and a new heating system and our bathroom, hallways and kitchen have recently been painted.

Hazel has lived in the flat for 4 years and has made the flat a home! Looking for someone with the same mindset 😊 love to do things together but also very much so have our own lives too and respect each others space.
