Upper Holloway Overground – 8-10 minutes on foot.
Archway Tube (Northern Line) – 12-15 minutes walking.
Finsbury Park Station (Piccadilly, Victoria, and National Rail) – 18-20 minutes by foot or a 10-minute bus ride.

Local supermarkets around; bigger Tesco Superstore and Aldi are 12-15 mins walk.

Our landlady is attentive and proactive, recently making small upgrades.

PRACTICAL STUFF
Rent is £1050 per month.

Bills are £175-£225 per month per person, ALL included (also council tax, which is band D, and Wi-Fi). So you can expect a total monthly cost of around £1250. Fluctuations are due to winter heating, but the flat is energy-efficient (EPC B), keeping costs down.
