Room in a Shared Flat, Sussex Way, N19

Hi,

My current housemate is moving out and I'm looking to fill their room with a move in date of 7th December.

The room is very spacious and includes its own bathroom. The flat has it's own front door and is over two floors, with an open plan kitchen-living room area with an impressive skylight.

It's within a gated Mews - so it's a very safe, and quiet area. It's really well connected for transport, around a 10 minute walk to Upper Holloway and Archway and a 20 minute walk to Finsbury Park.

I'm a Graphic Designer, 29 and work from home five days a week, and generally keep to myself. I'm ideally looking for a like-minded professional who is clean and respectful. I have a long-term partner who usually stays over a couple nights a week or I stay over at her house on the occasional weekend.

It's a great property, in a great location (loads of cafes/ restaurants/ pubs nearby) and I really enjoy living here!

Please note that the contract ends on 24th April 2025. I’ll be moving out, but you’ll be able to discuss the possibility of renewing the contract with the landlord (I’ve been here for several years), and finding a new housemate.
