Cosy single room for rent in our beautiful, brand new 3 bedroom 2 bath Penthouse. The flat is conveniently located 5 mins from train station: Close by Stratford, Shoreditch and 25 mins to Central London and local services are abundant. 

Barking high street has all the necessary amenities, (in addition to the newly restored Boleyn pub) and West Field Shopping Center is just a jump away (10 mins Uber and 25 on bus). This is a quiet neighbourhood but close to the action, with several shop and food spots dotted along the various main streets and side streets. 

We have butchers, nail salons, Tescos, Londis (best wine selection ever), post office, laundry and dry cleaners and carious cafes within minutes walk. The property was built on the old West Ham stadium with primarily young adults living on the complex. 

This is a live in landlord home with a small clean, non shedding puppy size dog (Yorkie) in residence.

We are looking for a clean, responsible and professional roommate who will take care of the flat as if was their own. We travel a lot, work remotely and we are looking for a trustworthy tenant to share our home with. We have 2 rooms for rent, a single available from 1st Feb and a second from in and around that time as well tbc. You will need to be comfortable with 2 flatmates.
