Room in a Shared Flat, Tulse Hill, SW2

I'm moving out my room in December to move to Norfolk, so I'm looking for someone to move in to my room after the 14th December but a flexible move in date after that. It is possible to sign on for a minimum of six months, which would then be possible to move to a rolling contract if all goes well. Shorter term lets would also be considered.

You'll be living with Will. Will works in finance, and is big into rugby, squash, going to the gym, gaming and going out. Will works from home from occasion, but is regularly in the office and works fairly late most days.

The flat is a big two-bed flat and features a large open plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'd need including dishwasher and washer/dryer. There is one large bathroom, which features a bath/shower. There is plenty of room for storage in the flat. Included in the room is a bed, mattress, chest of drawers and wardrobe.

Rent is £1,025 a month, with a deposit of £1,140. Bills (including council tax) usually comes to £150-200 a month, including electricity, gas, water and WiFi.

The flat is very near Brockwell Park and is an equal distance to Brixton and Herne Hill stations (around 10-15 min walk). There's a lot of amenities nearby, including Sainsburys, takeaways, Effra Social and Hootananny within a 2 mins walk.
