Available immediately - I’m looking for a student to take over my lease, which runs until September 5th, 2025 in Urbanest Battersea.

The available room is a private en-suite and located in a brand-new building, ready for immediate move-in. It also features a private bathroom and a window with triple-glazed glass (you can see the London Eye, Big Ben, and the Thames). You'll share a spacious kitchen with six other flatmates, equipped with ovens, fridges/freezers, hobs, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
