Room in a Shared Flat, Vereker Road, W14

(Price flexible depending on person). I recently purchased and completely renovated this two bed flat and am looking for a flatmate to rent the 2nd bedroom. I enjoy drinks / activities out but also nights in, so looking for someone chill who is similar. I'm into football/sports, flat has a tv & PlayStation.

Flat is a 5 min walk from both West Ken & Barons Court tubes (District & Piccadilly Lines). Location is round the corner from Queens Tennis Club, and lots of local amenities (Waitrose/Tesco/Co-op/restaurants). Flat has a very cosy feel, with brand new kitchen (incl. appliances), bathroom. Flat also has a dishwasher.

The room as you can see from the photos is small, it has a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, and can't fit anything else. You should bear this in mind before enquiring. If you work from home,, there is a small dining table in the living room, or alternatively you can use the desk in my room when I'm in the office (c.1-2 days a week). Rent doesn't include bills. No smokers or drug users.
