Our household consists of two lovely two flatmates - one boy, one girl. The boy works as an engineer for Bloomberg, the girl in cancer research. In their thirties but much younger at heart, they’re chilled and good fun. They have lived in the flat for over eight years.

The occasional dinner, a nice chit-chat,  watching Eurovision or a good movie together are favourite activities in the flat. So we are looking for someone who wants a home, not just a room. Rent is £900/month, all bills included.

The property is very well located - 20 min. to Oxford Circus or to Liverpool Street or Stratford, overground train station at South Tottenham, trains to Stanstead and Cambridge.

Close to all shops large or small, 5 min. walk with Tesco at Seven Sisters and anything else at Tottenham Hale retail park.

You can also have great walks only 10 min away, along Lea canal and river natural reservation park.
