The room is a single with a small double (or big single) bed, the room has a set of draws and a cupboard for clothes. The room is 11ft x 6.5ft and the bed is 115cm wide x 190cm long.
The flat itself is an ex council flat across one floor, it is lovely and cosy and perfect for nights in.
About the flatmates-
Lily, the landlord, is 33 and from London. She has set up a new swimwear and lifestyle brand called Ninky London. She works on it pretty much 24/7 with some socialising in-between. Lily loves music, sports (surfing and tennis) and good times.
Richard, 32, also from London and is a lawyer. Richard likes going to music events and playing sport.
We are looking for a housemate who is easy going.
