We are a couple looking for potential tenant at a flat we are currently living at. The details are as follows
- a 2-bedroom, furnished flat at Uncle Apartment 
- 5-7 min walk from Wembley Central (bakerloo and overground) and Wembley Stadium (national rail)
-5 min walk to Tesco, Iceland, sainsbury's
-5 min bus ride to Wembley park station (metropolitan and jubilee line)
- from 1st October 2024 till August 2025 (Possibility of extending contract till the next August 2026)
- The flat is newly constructed and modern and features a balcony, 
- a separate bathroom with a tub, 
- a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all other modern amenities. 
- The building offers additional perks such as a fully equipped gym, a modern and chic co-working space, and a lounge. There is also a rooftop garden with panoramic views of London.

The only catch is that the tenant will need to pay for the 9-month rent and 5-weeks deposit in advance. If you cannot pay in advance, please don't enquire.
