My flatmate of six years is moving to another country early December and I am looking for a kind and professional new flatmate to take over her room.

The room will be available to move into from the 4th of December.

Monthly rent is £1250, and a 5 weeks’ deposit of £1430 will be needed, as well as referencing.

Bills are partially included: electricity, water, high-speed broadband, and council tax are covered. Gas is not included and will need to be discussed before moving in, as I often travel for extended periods.

About the room:

It's a cozy bedroom (13 square meters) with a single bed extendable to a double when needed. Shared spaces include the bathroom, hallway and kitchen.

About the flat:

The flat is equipped with all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and convenient. It features central heating, a new washing machine, and a new cooker. There's also a fridge with a freezer, a Nespresso coffee machine for your daily coffee fix, a toaster, and an electric kettle—all ready to use. Everything you need to feel at home is already here!

Located about a 6-min walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5-min walk from Aldgate & Aldgate East Stations. Old Spitalfields Market is also 5-min walk away and there are plenty of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

There is a private parking downstairs, for which you need a private parking permit.
