Room in a Shared Flat, Werner Court, E3

Hey! I’ve got a cosy double room available in a two-bed flat between Canary Wharf and Mile End, starting November 3rd (with some flexibility) until April 30th, 2025 (end of contract). A £750 deposit is required, which you’ll get back at the end of the contract.

Rent is £900 per month, plus bills, which typically come to around £100 (subject to change with the cost of living).

I’m looking to share the space with a clean and respectful female flatmate, as I’m a female professional in my 30s and feel it would be more comfortable living with another woman. You’ll be living with just me, Kaban, and my super friendly rescue cat, Ziggy. He’s super friendly and loves hanging out, so being cool with cats is a must! I mostly work from home, but I head to the office 1-2 days a week.

This isn’t a party flat, but I’d love to share the space with someone sociable, laid-back, and respectful.

The room is furnished with a double bed, desk, and chest of drawers, and it even has a door that opens onto a balcony with lovely views of the Limehouse Cut. We’re close to Lidl and Tesco Express (both less than 10 minutes away), and there’s also a Nisa just 3 minutes away. Victoria Park is a 15-minute cycle ride (the Sunday Market is amazing!) and Canary Wharf is just a 20-minute walk away. For transport, Westferry DLR and Langdon Park are nearby, with Mile End station (Central, District, and Hammersmith & City lines) a 15-20 minute walk. Street parking is available for £3 a day (free on weekends).
