Hello,

We are looking for a new flatmate to take over a big double room in a 4bed house shared only .

There is a lovely garden and a big shared living room. The room comes furnished (with 2 big wardrobes + big desk + chair).

The area is really quiet and very close to the tube (4 minutes walking to Leyton station).

4 minutes walk to a big Asda

3 minutes walk to a big gym (Gym group)

5 minutes walk from bus stops/ library/ coffee shops.

We are working most of the days morning until late afternoon so the place is mainly empty daytime.

We are a parent of two and our kids will be there 2-3 times per week max. We do respect personal space and we are mainly out of the house as they are registered in many sports activities and visiting friends.

The rent is 890£ with everything included
