I’m moving out to live with my boyfriend, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room ASAP! It’s a bright and spacious double room with big windows and doors opening onto a private balcony overlooking the garden – the perfect spot to relax with a coffee or unwind after work.

The room comes with brand-new furniture (ottoman bed, desk, and wardrobe), which is included in the rent.

• Location: Appach Road – just a 10-minute walk from Brixton Station, 4 minutes to Brockwell Park, and close to Herne Hill. The area has a great buzz, with plenty of cafes, pubs, and shops nearby.

• Details: 4 bedrooms across three stories, with a separate kitchen and living room. There’s a big garden, great for BBQs and summer hangouts. Shared bathroom (+ 1 ensuite), with a high standard of living throughout.

👥 Who You’ll Be Living With:

You’ll be sharing with 3 professionals (26 & 27, 1 girl & 2 guys) who are friendly, easy-going, and have established lives in London. We enjoy occasional group BBQs and hanging out together, but everyone also has their own lives, so the house has a great balance of social and chilled vibes.

💰 Rent, Deposit & Move-In Details:

• Rent: £1,175/month (bills not included)

• Deposit: £1,380

• Move-in date: ASAP

• Referencing: Salary above £40k required
