The rent is £930 per calendar month excluding bills, and you would be sharing with 4 males aged 27-29, nice and quiet but also enjoy socialising now and then.

Taking over my lease as I am moving in with my partner, so would put you in touch with the managing agent who will then sort the referencing and deposit etc. The lease ends in April but there is option to renew.
