We have a spacious, double room available in our 4-bedroom house. The room features a comfortable double bed, built-in wardrobes, a desk, and ample storage. You'll mostly have the recently refurbished main bathroom to yourself, as we have an en-suite in our top-floor bedroom.
We also have a garden with decking that's perfect for relaxing in during the summer months.

Location:
- 5-minute walk to Kent House Station (20-minute train to London Victoria)
- Less than a 10-minute walk to Clock House Station (direct trains to London Bridge, Waterloo, Charing Cross)
- 6-minute walk to Avenue Road Tram Station (trams to Wimbledon and East Croydon for direct trains to Gatwick airport)

Area:
Beckenham offers beautiful parks, a vibrant high street with plenty of restaurants and bars.

About Us:
We enjoy a relaxed atmosphere, love cooking, and have a cleaner every other week. The house also includes a dishwasher.

Requirements:
Must be great with dogs, as we have two friendly small dogs.

Deposit is 1 months rent and monthly rent is to be paid in advance.
