The first bedroom is a large double (5 x 4.1m x 2.9m) in Brockley with a view overlooking a garden. It has just been repainted, and renovated - new carpets, underfloor sound insulation, usb c plug sockets.
This makes the room very warm and quiet in the winter and catches the light all day. With the windows open in the summer it is cool and breezy.

The second room is similarly large (4.1 x 3.5m x 2.9m high). It overlooks a quiet one way school street and remains bright throughout the day.

There is a large reception / living room that provides access to the garden, a kitchen with new fridge freezer and oven, and a private bathroom/shower.

It can be part furnished, or unfurnished as you prefer.

Bills are not included but are usually will be around £150 per person. 

It is on the first floor with 15 steps up to the room.

I'm 37, a full time fine furniture student who has spend the last few years renovating most of the house. I live with my girlfriend, Maeve, 27 who works in art end events. There are two friendly, curious and smart cats.

Ideally, I would like to rent both rooms together, to friends looking to move in together or a couple looking for lots of space.

Though the living space is very separate (my bedroom is two floors above) the house in general is obviously still a shared space and so though I have no particular preference for a certain age or profession  I'm simply looking for interesting people to make a relaxed and sociable home.
