Double, well sized room for rent in a spacious, modern and bright home. The room has ample storage (including wardrobe, chest of drawers and storage under divan bed) and overlooks the garden as well as beautiful Mountsfield Park. You would also have your own bathroom and access to an office room, if needed.

The rest of the house comprises of a well appointed kitchen, dining room and living room. The rent includes all bills (including super fast broadband and virgin media tv) as well as a cleaner, who comes fortnightly.

I am a 39 year old lawyer (i work for a bank in house) who works three days a week from home. I’m down to earth, clean and tidy and enjoy a mixture of socialising as well as quieter evenings in at home, having cooked a decent hello fresh meal and settled down to something on tv or Netflix. I’m looking for a housemate who’s similar.

I currently live with two cats, Dillon and Flo, who are very people oriented and friendly. They’re very much a part of the furniture here and enjoy plenty of attention, so cat lovers are preferred!

The house is well connected, with Hither Green and Catford / Catford Bridge stations all a fifteen minute walk away. Most of the trains from Hither Green run non stop to London Bridge (a 10-15 minute journey). There are super markets, as well as several pubs, cafes, restaurants etc, within easy reach of the house and Catford Parkrun takes place in Mountsfield Park, which is right next door.
