Looking for a new house mate for double room in Bow to move in from 22nd October or ideally as soon possible after that date. Preferably female to balance the flat.

We are a tight nit group of friends who have lived together for the last 2 years and consist of 2 guys and 1 girl.

We like to spend some time together watching Netflix, films and sports. Every now and again one of us might even make a meal for everyone to enjoy. On the weekends we will sometimes have a drink together at home or at the pub, but equally respect people havingtheir own space. We all enjoy music which ranges from house, techno and indie music.

We are looking for someone who is respectful clean and tidy and is up for socialising occasionally at the weekend.

The house is 3 floors with the living room and kitchen on the ground floor. The living room leads onto the garden which is perfect for a summer bbq or a get together with friends.
The room is on the first floor and shares a bathroom with one other room. The house has 2 bathrooms total.

The available room is the large double and the rent is £870 a month.

Bills are approx £80-100 p/m.
The room comes with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and the bed.

The house is 2 mins walk from the dlr station Bow church and 10 mins walk from the underground station Bow Road, which has the district and Hammersmith & city lines. It take around 20-30 mins to get into the centre.
There is a large Tesco which is 10 mins walk away and a coop 5-10 mins walk away.
