This is a house share but will feel like a private studio. You will have access to your own large private garden, the room can be accessed via a private side entrance and you will have a private bathroom.

The property is situated about 2 minutes from the river thames. It is a short walk to Woolwich town centre along the river towards excellent transport links including the Elizabeth Line, Woolwich DLR and Woolwich Station for overground trains. It is close to the river walk, cycle paths, and the Royal Arsenal Pier where you can take the Thames Clipper riverbus. You will also find Woolwich Works (for concerts and entertainment), and local pubs such as the Dial Arch and restaurants within the Royal Arsenal about 10 minutes from the property.

Electricity and gas are on pay as you go Smart Meters. The landlord will pay a part and you pay for any extra use.
If you are a working professional you will be liable to pay for your own part of the council tax bill. Full-time students will be exempt but must provide evidence for exemption.

Woolwich town centre has a Tesco Extra, Sainsburys, TK Maxx and other stores or you can easily access Canary Wharf shopping centres via the Elizabeth Line, or Westfield Stratford via Woolwich DLR. Tottenham Court Road/Bond Street Station are about 20 minutes from Woolwich via the Elizabeth line. 

TRANSPORT


Thames Clipper - A short walk along the river to Royal Arsenal Woolwich Pier and access to Barking Riverside (East) and all stops towards Putney (West) including Greenwich, Canary Wharf, London Bridge, Embankment etc. It is two stops to North Greenwich for The O2 (Concerts etc.), Cineworld and shopping.

Elizabeth Line - 2 stops to Canary Wharf and quick acess to the city and the West End. Direct access to Heathrow airport.

Woolwich DLR - About 20 minutes to Westfield Stratford Shopping Centre and 2 stops to London City Airport.

Woolwich Station - Quick access to London Bridge, Kings Cross and the north and towards the Coast and Kent.

Woolwich Ferry - Provides access to North Woolwich

Buses - Served by the 244 and 380 bus, minutes from the house or a short walk along the river to access all buses and transport from Woolwich town centre.
