Hi there!

My current flatmate is moving back home and her room is available to rent.

It is a double room with a private balcony. The room will come furnished with a bed and a built-in wardrobe. There is a possibility of acquiring a desk, nightstand, and drawers from my current flatmate. You will also benefit from your own bathroom.

The property includes a small living room (lounge) furnished with a futon and TV.

Bills are not included but can average 100-150/person depending on usage. This includes council tax (council tax band B).

The property is a 7-minute walk to Woodgrange Park Overground Station and a 10-minute walk to Manor Park station on the Elizabeth Line where you can be in central London in 20 mins!

A Tesco is 7 min walk away with close transportation links to the Stratford and East Ham shopping centres.

There is a driveway if you require parking.

My name is Shannon and I am originally from the US. I have been living in London for 3 years, 2 of those years at this property. My hobbies include working out, travelling, going out to eat, cooking, and lots of baking. I am currently working in operations for a retail company.

I am looking for someone who is very clean and can help to clean the common areas. Someone respectable, kind, and easy going.
