We're offering a fantastic double room in our cosy and warm Victorian end-terrace property, nestled in the heart of South Woodford, just a short 5-min walk from the tube station. The house is located in a very safe, family-friendly and welcoming area. With excellent transport links, you can reach Stratford in 10 minutes and Liverpool Street in 17 minutes.

The furnished room comes with access to a shared bathroom. The bathroom includes a large bathtub and a new shower unit: the bedroom comes with a double bed, mattress, desk and wardrobe. As landlords, we have our own private en-suite, so the shared bathroom will most likely be yours to use exclusively unless we have guests around.

Our communal living area is spacious and inviting, featuring a smart TV with all channels available, so you can watch Sky Sports to the new Disney release, as well as an Xbox loaded with games for your entertainment. Our renovated kitchen boasts a large island, a games cupboard, bar stools, and a dedicated home bar area with a drinks fridge. Additionally, we have a co-working space, a small garden, and an outdoor area for you to enjoy.

We're a sociable and active household, often transforming our kitchen island into a table tennis setup or shooting some pool in our downtime. We love to play tennis and squash at the local club, cook delicious homemade meals, and enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Though we work hard, we also appreciate the importance of relaxation and unwinding.

About us: we're two working professionals, with one of us working from home, involved in the start-up scene. We're looking for a responsible, clean, and friendly tenant who shares our enthusiasm for sports, cooking, and appreciating personal space. We're all about balancing work, relaxation, and an active lifestyle, and we hope to find someone who shares our values.

The surrounding area is well-served by local and independent shops (Waitrose, M&S, Sainsbury's & Tesco, and our favorite international supermarket all a 10-min walk away). We are also very well-served by local restaurants. We're a bus ride from Walthamstow and Wanstead and a walk away from Epping Forest. With easy access to the North Circular and M11 and on-street parking always available nearby, getting around is a breeze. There is a gym within a 2 minute walk, and a cross fit within 3 minutes.
