Room in a Shared House, Dingwall Gardens, NW11

Hello :) Looking for two kind, easy going people to join me as my current housemates are sadly moving out at the end of our lease term — one to live with her partner and the other to be closer to work. Please note that I am an existing tenant and not the landlord or home owner.

**A bit about the house:**
The house is a three-bedroom located in a quiet residential area of NW London, with a spacious shared kitchen and living room, plus separate toilet and bath/shower rooms—a big help for busy mornings! We also liaise with a responsive agent whose office is just a five-minute walk from the house. Our council tax band is F.
I've lived here for the past few years and really like it. It feels very safe. The neighbours are kind and will receive your packages if you're in the office.

**About the rooms:**
Both rooms are spacious and get a lot of natural light.
- **Ground Floor Room:** Ground floor, opens out onto a patio with garden access. Double bed (mattress is just a year old). Large wardrobe. Bookshelf. Bedside table.

- **First Floor Room:** Next to my room. Big windows, lots of natural light. Double bed (mattress is just a year old). Wardrobe. Bedside table.

**About the area:**
The house is on a quiet road, well served by great bus lines (including the 13, 102 and 460) and is just 7 minutes walk from Golders Green tube station. We have a Gails bakery, M&S, Waitrose, Sainsburys, Costa, Starbucks, Nero and several local grocery stores all within a few minutes walk.

**Looking for:**
Two kind, calm, clean, and considerate housemates who enjoy a relaxed home atmosphere. We appreciate having a peaceful place to unwind and value a friendly vibe where we can chat in passing or maybe share the occasional meal or drink together—no pressure, of course!

I’m a civil servant in my 30s who loves dance and exercise classes, learning languages, and catching up with friends.
