Room in a Shared House, Elmwood Road, SE24

ONE MONTH SUBLET
Our beautiful sunny ensuite is available for sublet from July 26-Aug 23. 

 The house is massive and our room is on the top floor so you don’t hear the other housemates and you have privacy.

 We share the house with four other males they are working professionals, we enjoy each others company and occasionally go to the pub or share a meal but also respect each others space. 

 There is a lovely garden in the back with a clothes line, bbq and patio furniture. We have a large, bright kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space this connects to our shared living space which has a tv, two couches and an additional table. I am looking for someone to enjoy my room for four weeks while I am away.

The area is lovely, and a short walk to three great parks- brockwell, dulwich and Ruskin! We are very close to the overground - north dulwich station, and herne hill station. The nearest underground is Brixton. The 37 bus is right outside which will get you to Peckham, Brixton and Clapham. There are cool pubs nearby with beer gardens and live music, great restaurants and every Sunday there is a market near herne hill station. I hope you enjoy the area and the house as much as we do!
