Bills included. I'm a 42 year old male, single occupant, health care worker. Looking to share my flat with a quiet person, I have no preference with regards to age or gender. Students welcome.

Double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, and a large 55 inch flat TV, (the one in the photo is a smaller one).

There is also a large attic for storage. 

Local area - Beckton - East London - E6: There is a big local park near by with a pond and lots of wild life. It is good for exercising and to relax. We also have Lidl and ASDA supermarket, Home Bargains, and a pub and restaurant at Premier Inn hotel, all at 5 minute walking distance, GP for your Dr appointments.

Transport: Bus station and DLR (District Light Railway) is walking distance from the property. Once on the DLR you can change for the Elizabeth line which goes directly to Heathrow Airport and central London, or change for the Jubilee line to central London, getting of at Westminster, London Bridge for example. The Heathrow airport options is excellent as it offer flexibility when travelling. There is also a 24 hour bus connection to the city centre during the week and on weekends.
