MESSAGE ASAP. ENDS JAN 31. There are 2 floors and 5 tenants, a balcony, and an outdoor smoking area. Shared kitchen space and 2 bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs). Everyone's friendly and cool with each other, also the neighbours above that are great !ROOM - The main furniture provided there would be the wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, and the bed. All other furniture/bedding you see is what I have in there currently , but I've kept them in the pics just so you get an idea of what you can fit in the space/size of spacing. The landlord will be updating the wardrobe and drawers for quality.

There's so much to do in the immediate area, just down the road, a few solid bars, Westfield shopping centre, and portobello market has some great food spots. Broadband would be £9-12 a month, and the gas bill is topped up every now and then, which is split between 5 (anywhere between £10-£20 depending on how much the total top up is agreed between the housemates).We're having viewings at the moment and we're looking to have confirmations with the rent (752), council tax (30) and deposit from Jan 31st (which is when the room is available to move in from), so if you're interested you'd like to view in the next week or so let me know!
