Thanks for your interest! We've recently finished some renovations and have just welcomed three new housemates leaving one room in this 5 bed house.

Amazingly, having no pets previously, we now have two housemates with cats (Autumn and Omega). As such, you'll at least need to be able to tolerate cats, but I guess now, ideally, be a cat person!

Unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate any more pets.

The bedroom is ready to be moved into from next week, it has a ceiling fan, new mattress and a lifting storage bed, a compact wall desk and office chair, a large sliding mirrored wardrobe and fast-charge USB ports.

Rebecca has been living through the renovations. Veronika and Cat Autumn, along with Hanna and Omega and Vicotor all moved in last month all working young professionals, with a mix of wfh - which the house is very ready.

It's a two-floor house with a lot of space, including a large rear Garden with two raised deck areas.

Whilst very well located for transport, we are at the end of a peaceful cul-de-sac with very low traffic.

We have two great bathrooms, including one with a full-sized (1.8M) bath.

A large kitchen equipped with a breakfast bar, dining table, two fridge freezers, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

Additionally, we have a weekly cleaner for all of the communal areas.

High-speed Internet, 80 MB fibre broadband connection over a mesh network.

Bike Storage: A shed is available in front of the house for bike storage.

Located conveniently between New Cross and Deptford, you’ll be just a five-minute walk from New Cross Overground station.

Rent Details

We offer an all-inclusive rent covering fuel, water, council tax, TV license, and broadband.
