I’m moving out to a closer place near my campus. The room is roughly 3x3M with lots of storage.
• Rent is 973 per month including all bills (includes water, council tax, high speed and unlimited internet, gas, heating, TV licence, electricity and a fortnightly clean of the communal areas) with deposit for 1 month’s rent. It is a 5 bedroom flat with 1.5 bathroom. Only 3 of us are using the bathroom since the other two rooms are ensuites.
• You will be living with 4 other tenants, 1 female (student) and 3 males (working professional) all very friendly and in their mid 20s.
