Room in a Shared House, Hamilton Road, NW11

Nice flat in a great location. 2 minute walk to underground and close to tesco, shopping centre. Area is safe and we have had no problems for the last two years. the flat is also above an office so quiet and peaceful in the evenings. The flat has two rooms on the top floor, the room I'm advertising is on the bottom floor and has a bathroom outside which is shared. However this usually isn't used by two girls upstairs as they have one on that floor. Shared lounge and kitchen. Currently room has a large wardrobe which can be kept or removed.  The two girls who live here are easy going and up for a laugh. Very clean, generally watch TV in the evenings or go out dancing or to the pub. They are looking for someone who is easy going and no drama and respectful to the house. They give eachother a heads up when inviting anyone over and will expect the same and keep the place clean 😊
