Room in a Shared House, Hammersmith, W6

We are looking for a fun but cool non-smoking* professional** male in his 30s to complete our mixed & international house share.

The room is a bright and airy double overlooking our very peaceful street in our spacious 5-bedroom house. Extra storage/furniture is available if needed.

We are all hard-working, sociable, tidy, considerate and we value our home as a place where we can chill after work and at weekends in good company.

Currently we are 3 girls & 1 guy:
Jaclyn is South African, works in healthcare and loves cooking, travel, scuba & relaxing on tropical beaches. Kay is Thai, runs her own corporate workshop business, loves to play tennis, keep fit and eat well. Shunzi is Chinese, works in retail and loves her Korean dramas. I am Lovett (Scottish), the responsible tenant, and I work in property development. I love travel, photography, healthy living and DIY.

You can see from the pictures that the house is bright, spacious throughout with huge lounge & dining area. We also have a piano! Also there's a big kitchen with washing machine & separate dryer. Other regular features include hi-speed wifi, 2 baths, a great shower and central heating and roomy back yard. We usually have a weekly cleaner who cleans the shared parts of the house (not bedrooms).

Additional bills are averaging around £83 each per month (energy use and cleaner)

Excellent transport links in pretty much every direction. Even throughout the night, London transport lays on regular transport to get you home without much waiting or walking.

1 min walk from nearest Sainsbury's Local, 3 min walk from Shepherds Bush Street Market and loads of bars and restaurants around here, 8 min to nearest large supermarket. 10min walk to Westfield Shopping Centre.
