Hi!

I’m relocating to Japan because of job changes, looking for someone to take over tenancy ideally from 1st Feb 2025, date could be flexible if needed.

Double bedroom in a shared house comes furnished with bed, desk and two wardrobes, sharing bathroom with 1 housemate.

*WiFi, council tax, cleaner and water are included in the rent* 
(gas+electricity together could be £20-45 every month depends on the season)

Housemates are between 20-40 yo, 3 male (Ben, Marco, Keerthi) and 2 female (Danu, Akanksha), they are all very nice and tidy. Attached kitchen/bathroom pictures are how they usually look like. Can bring friends home as long as not being too loud. 

Each room has code lock on the door.

Surrounding area and transportation -

10min walk to M&S / Sainsbury’s / Asda / Aldi / Lidl / TK Maxx / Primark
IKEA is 15 minutes walk away

5min walk to Charlton Station:
London Bridge in 15 minutes and Woolwich in 10, less than 30min to Kings Cross

North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line) and the O2 Arena are 10 minutes away by bus:
2min to Canary Wharf
8min to London Bridge

There is an 24/7 Anytime Fitness and Puregym less than 5 minutes walk away.

Kitchen -

The kitchen is equipped with an efficient double breasted oven and washing machine. There is also 1 fridge/freezer + another refrigerator.

In addition the room comes with a locked cupboard in the kitchen.

A cleaner attends the property once a month and cleans the communal areas of the property (kitchen and bathrooms).

Garden access -

The property also has a patio garden ideal for a BBQ in the coming summer months and also hang out wet laundry.

The floor lamp, chair and desk with drawer can be left in the room at no extra cost if desired.

Security deposit/ rent will be paid directly to the landlord.

Available from 1st Feb, but could be flexible if needed.
