Large ground floor front room available in this friendly, characterful shared house just 7 minutes walk from Clapham North tube and Clapham High Street mainline/14 mins to Clapham Common. There is the option to purchase a parking permit from Lambeth Council.

The house has gas fired central heating and double glazing almost throughout. There is a kitchen/dining room, separate sitting room, ground floor bathroom/WC, with shower and first floor shower room/WC. There is a small, sunny courtyard garden to the rear. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and a table/desk as shown in the photos (other furniture belongs to the tenant).

All bills are shared equally between the 5 tenants, who each take responsibility for one of them. The Council Tax is Band E, which currently costs £2,279.95 a year. Total cost of all bills (including Council Tax) averages at around £120 each a month.  The four remaining tenants are a project manager in his mid thirties, a course director in her early 30's, an actor in his mid 20's and a PHD student in his mid 20's.

The room is available from 28th June and, ideally, the new tenant will be able to move in close to this date.

I am a remote landlord, so will coordinate viewings, but not be present for all of them.  Present viewing times are:

Saturday 15th - 6:30pm - 8:00pm
Sunday 16th - 2:00pm - 4:00pm.
