I am looking to fill two rooms in my three bed property in Clapham, one for a short-term let until April and one for a longer term let. 

Transport: The room is available from about mid January in a really nice residential area, 3 mins from Northcote Road, 5 minutes from Clapham Common and 15 mins each way to Clapham South Tube (Northern Line) and Clapham Junction Station. 

Parking: On-street parking available if you pay for the annual permit

Pictures are from the previous owners, but I am in the process of refurnishing everything just as nicely ! 

• Room 1 (long-term let): King-size bed, desk , en-suite bathroom and plenty of inbuilt storage space: £1200 per month, bills excl. (except wifi which is included).
• Room 2 (3 months): Double room with plenty of storage and a bathroom shared with one other. £1125 per month, bills excl. (except wifi which is include).  
  

About me: I'm a young professional, working in sustainability events in the city. Love to be sociable, and very happy to share cooking, go out for a spontaneous drink or watch a film in the evenings. 

About you: Looking for someone tidy (think shoes-off household) with similar interests, working professional between 22-30 who wants to create a home rather than just somewhere to sleep! 

No work from home, smokers, students or couples sorry.
