We are a live-in landlord family of 3 professional adults residing in a 4 bedroom house, and we are looking for a female lodger to share our lovely home, ideally someone who is a quiet, tidy professional or a mature student.
The house is located within 2 minutes walking distance to Harrow shopping centre, restaurants, gym and all amenities. Close to Harrow on the Hill tube (Met line) and Harrow Wealdstone station (Bakerloo line and rail) and Harrow bus station. 15 minutes walking distance to Northwick Park Hospital, ideal for NHS doctor, nurse, ancillary staff.
The large double bedroom is newly furnished with fitted built in wardrobes, new desk & chair and new TV. With shared shower room, laundry facilities, kitchen and garden. Free broadband and Wi-Fi.
Other requirements: we don't permit smoking or alcohol in our halal home.
Rent is £900 per month including all bills (plus one month deposit).
