We are looking for a friendly housemate to join our household!

We have 1 very large sized furnished double room available (bed*, wardrobe, chest of drawers), but can fit more furniture in if needed. The house is big enough to be able to retreat to your space, but also has a large shared living/dining room area.

The housemates:
They are a lovely bunch of ladies who live there at the moment. Clean, tidy and professionals. Looking for a friendly person to share the space with them.

* Quiet no through road with a park at the end of it
* Live out landlord
* Location: Palmers Green Zone 4. Approx 10 -15 mins walk to the overground train station (Palmers Green) going to Finsbury Park / Moorgate. Short bus ride to Southgate tube station from the end of the road or Wood Green tube station (Piccadilly line) from a nearby bus-stop.

** Minimum contract length 1 year
