we are currently have last single bedroom available in new rented property. 

4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one seperate toilet and shared kitchen with living room as well. House is freshly painted, fully equipped and ready to move in asap. 

We are 2 male and one female in the house at the moment.

We are all professionals in their early 30s, tidy, quiet and well respectful of others boundaries which is important for us as well. We would prefer someone in similar age to fit in between us. 

House is located on Llanvanor street, NW2 2AR, 8mins walk to Golders Green tube station and all other Golders Green perks and shops.
