Room in a Shared House, London, SE22

I will be renting out my spare room, it will be sharing with just one other female. The house is very quiet and tranquil and would suit someone looking for a calm and peaceful environment.
I have a cat so it's very important that the new tenant is a cat lover, as Yvie has no boundaries in terms of where he goes and who's lap he likes to sit on.
The room itself is bright and overlooks the large garden, the house is beautifully decorated and has all the expected amenities, such as coffee machine, washing machine / tumble dryer, dishwasher. The sitting room has a wood burning stove for the winter months, although there is also gas central heating in the house, as well as Sonos ceiling speakers throughout.
There is a very large maintained garden at the back which is a gem in the summer with a magnolia tree and fruit trees and a fig tree in the front garden.
It's around a 5-10 minute bus ride to the nearest station on the East London Line as well as trains to London Bridge & Victoria.There is also unrestricted parking on the road outside.
