A Chilled tidy, clean personality would be great to help keep order in the environs, as long as it can coexist happily with a relaxed, raw and Utilitarian Luxe, Rustic, Industrial Eclectism theme - think Abigail Ahern's "Tantalising" maximalism Stylee on a smaller basis.

There are 2 rooms (£850 + £900 inclusive of some bills) available in the property - a 3 bed, 1 bath, 1930s "Art Deco" property (zero original internal features unfortunately), minutes walk from 4 BR Stations taking U towards Charing or Kings X, the West End via Elephant & Castle, or London Bridge, or Hackney to the East, as well as DLR to wherever that line may take you...... With easy access to all the coolest hotpots of the South and East, but with the fantastic zen of not living in the midst of the hulaballoo.

There are numerous lovely Parks and green spaces nearby... and even a likkle river!
