Room in a SHARED property. Sharing with one other person (live in landlord). Please note there is no living room area, this is a one bed being converted into a two bed. However, I have a decent size kitchen where I will put a table and two bar stools or a dinning table (haven’t decided yet). Also, the bathroom is shared.

The property is located in between Vauxhall and Oval, with access to the northern and Victoria line with a 5-10 minutes walk. This is quiet area with great access to supermarket, gym, parks and more. Parking could potentially be provided. All essential furniture will be provided for the room.

Professionals preferred.

This room is going for £950 including bills!!

Deposit £475 (this needs to be paid prior to moving in)
