Bills are £250/month includes cleaner twice a month / WiFi / elec / water / council tax.
Our mews is sunny + very quiet / party people are not suited.
It's next to Brick Lane, E1, the city, loads of transport / supermarkets / gyms + cycling/walking distance to everywhere.
Washing machine with tumble dryer.
Sarah is incredibly easy to get along with. Highly motivated / entrepreneurial and enjoys the gym/jogging with some of our neighbours.
The landlord is Aussie, and is looking for an easy going nice tenant with positive vibes!
