2 x  Double bedroom  (Single person) with shared bathroom short term only 25/12/24- 3/1/25

The house was recently renovated. There is an open living area at the rear with the kitchen shared and cloakroom/utility on the ground floor. Kitchen has storage and large fridge freezer. 

There is a lovely back garden. We have a cleaner every fortnight and we are keeping the house tidy. 

Across the road there is a gorgeous Morden Park. It has a woodland area (great for runs during rainy weather) as well as Better sport centre with the pool. Great recent addition are newly refurbished tennis courts, which are free but have to be pre booked. If you are tennis fan/player we have many club close by: David Lloyds, Cranleigh and  Community Tennis Club.

It’s very easy to get around London using public transport - 4 min bus ride or 15 min walk to Morden underground (Northern line 25 mins to Waterloo ) or buses to Wimbledon or Raynes Park. 

In the centre of Morden you’ll find cafes and supermarkets.

There are great places to eat in Wimbledon and Raynes Park. Do try Babylon and Megans for brunch.
