We must note all housemates are responsible to maintain a clean respectful environment and uphold their responsibilities within the property.

We must note there is a service charge of £30 per month for a single occupant or £45 per month for a couple - this is not included in the rent and it is for a cleaner and gardener to maintain all communal areas.
