The room is available from approx 27th October, it is for only one person without any exception, and it is available for a minimum of 6 months via short let tenancy agreement, you will need to undergo screening and pay a deposit and rent in advance. You need to have employment and demonstrate that you can pay the rent.

The property is a flat share, but the room advertised is a spacious ensuite with its own kitchen, perfect for a single tenant. The room is furnished with a double or single bed that can be opened up for more space. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate couples at this time.

The flat is occupied by the landlord and can house a maximum of three people at any given time, ensuring a peaceful and comfortable stay. You will have access to a shared washing machine and some storage space under the bed.

Located just 10 minutes from Leytonstone tube station on the central line, you'll have easy access to all the best parts of London. The studio was built in 2016 and is cleaned to the highest standards, offering a warm and comfortable space to relax in. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.

The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave with grill, sink, and induction plate with pots and pans. You'll also have access to a mini fridge and all the necessary kitchen tools for cooking. Fast, unrestricted fiber wifi is included in your stay.

Conveniently located near supermarkets, groceries, pubs, restaurants, and coffee shops, you'll have everything you need just around the corner. Please note that street parking is available but requires a permit from the council, which is not included in the rent.

Smoking and pets are not allowed on the premises. We are looking for a professional or student, male or female, who is looking to stay for at least 6 months. Don't miss out on this exceptional opportunity to experience the best that London has to offer!

Please note that there is no access to any other kitchen on the premises, and guests cannot bring their own furniture. Additionally, there is no additional storage space available beyond what is provided in the room. 

The rent includes all bills except for gas heating, which is only applicable during the winter months. The cost of gas heating will be shared between all occupants of the flat, based on the number of people living there.
