I am currently searching for a new lodger to rent a good sized double room inside my home, the room is bright and very cosy.

You will have your own kitchen cupboards.

The monthly rent cost is £750 together with a 1 upfront £500 security deposit after signing agreement, prior to moving in. The deposit is refundable & is to be returned when the lodger is moving out of the home.

You will be sharing the home with 2 other young females.

This is a well maintained home. So I would like somebody who is clean and knows how to keep a tidy environment.

The house overall is nice, cosy & usually quiet. The 2 other females work full time & are often very busy throughout the week. I work abroad & have another home so will not be around the house as often.

The area is a quiet and safe community with friendly & helpful neighbour’s.

The house is a 10 minute walk from Leytonstone & Leyton station. However, there are bus stops seconds away which can take you to either station in under 5 minutes. Walthamstow is 30 mins away with 1 bus journey.

All amenities are less than a 5 minute walk away; gym, tesco’s, 24 hour supermarkets/off license, B&M furniture store, restaurants, takeaways & parks.

I can only accept those who do not work from home, sorry! And no children, couples or pets please.
