A large double room in the house has just become available. The room was recently refurbished and boasts a new orthopaedic luxury mattress, desk and chair, single wardrobe, chest of 3 drawers, and a bedside table. It is a bright room with double windows in a quiet house. The large luxurious bathroom is to be shared with just one other girl. It's a house-share with friendly professionals. We are looking for the last person to complement our home.

There is a gorgeous shared living area that has just been newly refurnished. The kitchen has a new Magnet kitchen, executive furniture and fittings offering luxury accommodation a stone's throw from East Croydon train station. There is also a good-sized garden.

It's a short walk (5-10 mins) to the shopping facilities of Croydon town centre and the bars and restaurants of South End (15 mins). East Croydon has outstanding transport links - London Bridge (15 mins), Victoria (15 mins), Blackfriars, City Thameslink (23 mins), Farringdon (27 mins), Charring Cross, Kings Cross , Clapham Jn(9 mins), Gatwick (14 mins), Brighton (46 mins), Purley, Coulsdon, Redhill, all direct. Trains run all night from London. Tramlink goes west to Wimbledon (26 mins) and east to Elmers End (20 mins), Beckenham (18 mins) and Addington (18 mins). There are also many bus routes from the main bus stop at East Croydon station a 4-minute walk away.
