Hi, nice to meet you. we are Hongzhang and Daisy,
We have two bedrooms in a 3-bed terraced house in the Kidbrooke area that you might be interested in (one single and one double).
Both rooms are furnished with a desk, chair, bed, mattress, and under-bed storage. The double bedroom has a fairly big wardrobe. The cupboard in the single room can be opened for storage purposes.
Big American style fridge freezer and you are welcome to bring a mini fridge freezer if you require more space for your food.
Brand new washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, and Outdoor washing line to dry your laundry.
You would be living with me and my partner, sharing the garden, kitchen, and living room.
Please note, we have a 1 year old dog Teddy who is very friendly with people but unfortunately, he does not get along with all dogs/cats. So pets are only considered if they are Teddy is fine with them! We would prefer someone who loves animals!
Council Tax band: C. Council tax and all bills included (you might be asked to contribute towards the bills ONLY if we see a DRAMATIC increase in utility bill).

Bus Routes: 5 minutes walk to bus 122 which take me you to Woolwich station Elizabeth line and 10mins walk to bus route 132 for access to North Greenwich station Jubilee line. Both provide easy access to central London.
Road Access: Easy access to the A2 and A20 for those traveling by car, linking to the M25 for broader travel across London and the Southeast.
