Room in a Shared House, Plimsoll Road, N4

Hi there, 
I have a double room - the biggest room in fact -  in this terraced Victorian house very close to Arsenal and Finsbury Park stations. The room has a kingsize bed, bedside table, handmade wooden wardrobe fitted into alcove, a handmade desk, handmade bookshelves, two chests of drawers, lots of floor and table lamps, plenty of storage space, fluffy wool rug on painted white wooden floor. A most enchanting room with lots of light through two huge sash windows. The street outside has restricted resident only traffic, so it's always very quiet. 

Others in the family home: myself, my teenage son, an older son and a friend staying for a month. The house is on 4 floors and so each person enjoys unique privacy. The open plan living room is huge, which connects to the kitchen and garden at the back. Underfloor heating in the kitchen. Huge family bathroom with walk in shower, another toilet in the hallway downstairs. 

We're looking for a quiet professional who is happy to live in a family home with amazing welcoming members.
